Internship Program
Do you want to know the ins and outs of running a successful private practice? Are you looking for strong generalist training from attentive, experienced, and supportive supervisors?
At Greenlake Psychology, we invest in our interns. With over 15 years of clinical, teaching, and supervision experience, we provide a comprehensive, challenging, and enjoyable internship year that will prepare you for your future career. We understand the unique needs of interns and structure the internship year developmentally to help you get the most from this experience.
We are seeking independent, kindhearted interns who love a challenge and who value the relationships in their life. You will be part of a two-person cohort of interns and will work closely with Dr. Rachel Gall and Dr. Keegan Walker as part of your training.
We prefer to take on practicum students who would like to stay on for their internship year.
Professional counseling, marriage and family therapy, and psychology interns may apply.
Opportunities include:
Child, adult, couples, and family therapy
One hour of individual supervision per week
One hour of group supervision per week
One seminar per week related to current issues in psychotherapy
$300 stipend for additional training, conferences, or therapy materials
Administrative, bookkeeping, and marketing experience
Inclusion in administrative decisions and meetings
Flexible work schedule
Co-therapy with supervisor
Clinical Supervision
I have provided clinical supervision for over 15 years. I am qualified in the state of Colorado to supervise Psychologist candidates, Marriage and Family Therapist candidates, and Professional Counselor candidates (based on the 2021 updated supervisor requirements). Most of my supervisees are starting out in private or group practice, school counselors wanting to gain clinical training and professional licensure, or clinicians working with children, families, and adults wanting to deepen their systemic, theoretical, and multicultural knowledge and practice.
My supervisees inform me I strike a balance between warm supportiveness and keeping them on their "growth edge" by providing developmentally appropriate feedback. My supervision style is psychodynamic, systems-oriented, and tailored to your stage of development as a therapist. I’m an active supervisor and provide lots of feedback. I want supervisees to have a solid foundation in the practice of psychotherapy. We will also discuss professional issues, theory, stay up on the current research, legal/ethical, social justice, and self-of-the-therapist issues, with a focus on the supervisor/supervisee relationship.
Please inquire about supervision groups.
Rates for clinical supervision and consultation are $150/hour.
Clinical Consultation
I provide clinical consultation for licensed professionals looking to expand their areas of practice. Please contact me if you would like to arrange a professional consultation.

I am available for speaking engagements for the public and for mental health professionals.
